When problems occur downstream of Movida with the processing of metadata it has published it can be useful to know exactly when publication occurred and who initiated the publication.
Movida has been changed so that details (including the username, date, and time) of each publication are recorded in the Activity page (in a new section called “Metadata publications”) and in the “Overview / History of this title” section of the Catalog.
This change note describes the change in full, and as usual you can contact support or your technical account manager for further clarification.
The Activity page in Movida provides an audit trail of changes made in the Catalog, Rights, and Schedule; a new “Metadata publications” section has been added:
For successful publications the Metadata icon is green, and red for unsuccessful publications. You can click-though to the title in the Catalog.
The “History of this title” page for a title in the Catalog also shows the publication; for successful publications the Metadata icon is green, and red for unsuccessful publications.
The availability window start date is also shown so that you know which Schedule entry the publication was for.
