A title in BeBanjo can have an External ID; this is normally used to store the unique identifier from the content provider. It is now possible to search in Sequence for titles, sent from BeBanjo, using the External ID of the title in BeBanjo.
This note describes what has changed in full, and as usual you can contact support or your technical account manager for further clarification.
If you use a BeBanjo External ID in the search field of either the Overview or Work pages then the search results in the Work page will show all titles that have that External ID. When you click through to the workflow page for a title you’ll see that the External ID is clearly shown:
If the External ID for a title is set in BeBanjo after its Schedulings have been sent to Sequence, then BeBanjo will update Sequence with the External ID information.
We’ve also improved the layout of the workflow page, clearly separating and labelling all of the important details for the title; if a title doesn’t have an External ID then the field isn’t displayed.
