Following the change introduced on 1 July that lets you easily duplicate an Asset, we’ve made some small changes to the Assets page for Titles in BeBanjo.
This note describes what has changed in full, and as usual you can support support or your technical account manager for further clarification.
Catalog
When you the view the Assets page for a Title you’ll notice that the Duplicate option has been renamed to Copy and that there’s a new Edit option.
When you click the Copy option for an Asset an exact copy is created, except for the Asset Name which is unique and based on rules defined for your company in BeBanjo. The list of Assets can now be sorted by Name, the direction of the triangle shows the order (ascending or descending).
If you want to edit an Asset you now use the Edit option instead of clicking the name of the Asset.
