Better schedule overlapping alerts and assets assignment

We at BeBanjo get delighted when we deliver new features or improvements that instantly save a lot of time to our clients. Technology can be a great ally for some time-consuming tasks.

One of the latest big projects of 2022 followed this mental model. When scheduling a title or a right, our clients use the utilisation status indicator to:

1. Identify rights that have not been utilised and schedule them totally.
2. Identify rights that have been partially utilised, check which platforms the title has not yet been scheduled to and then schedule the remainder.
3. Identify fully utilised rights and ignore them (i.e. don’t schedule).
4. Identify the number of overlap items shown for a title or group. This is particularly useful if users do not use Rights information to schedule titles.

A previous version of this feature only included limited overlap scheduling information. Now we are displaying all of it without compromising the system performance.
