Filter by metadata in schedule page

September 14th, 2016 (Revision 2), download as PDF

We’ve added the long-awaited filter by metadata to the Schedule page.

This note describes this change in full, and as usual you can contact support or your Technical Account Manager for further clarification.

The schedule metadata filter (a.k.a. “The Desired”)

Many of our users asked about this. Multiple times! And it’s finally here: you can now filter by any metadata field at Brand, Series, Collection, Title, Asset and Schedule Entry level right from the Schedule page:

So, you can now see only the entries in your schedules where the Title’s genre is “Drama”, or where the Asset’s rating is not “PG-18”, or where any other metadata field has any value you want.

You can even filter by multiple values in the case of enumeration fields. For example, this is how you’ll show all the Schedule Entries where the Title’s genre is either “Drama”, “Comedy” or “Horror”:

We hope this feature will bring extra productivity to your workflow!
