We’ve added some highly requested enhancements and a brand-new catalogue entity. Whether you’re deep into scheduling or tweaking metadata, these improvements are here to help you get the job done faster and with more flexibility.
Let’s take a look 👇
Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard warriors, rejoice!
You can now view all supported shortcuts directly from the UI.
- A new shortcut modal brings visibility to all available keyboard commands.
- Navigate the catalogue, trigger actions, and edit records with just a few keystrokes.
Field Customisations
Yes, you can finally configure those dropdowns!
The following enumerated fields can now be managed directly via Settings.
Previously, some of these values were locked, and changes had to go through support. Not anymore.
Here’s what’s now configurable:
Audio tracks
>Language
Subtitles
>Language
Rendition
>Colour
Asset
>Type
Segment
>Type

Franchises
We’ve introduced Franchises as a new catalog entity type. Franchises can now act as parents of Brands or Features, allowing you to organise sprawling universes (think Star Wars or Marvel) more cleanly.
This is especially handy for teams dealing with multi-title universes and cross-brand content strategies.
Franchises aren’t enabled by default; reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get them switched on in your environment.
Text Wrap for All Tables
No more scrolling marathons!
Until now, long bits of text in tables meant endlessly resizing columns or scrolling sideways. That’s done with.
- A new toggle allows you to wrap all columns in any table.
- Works beautifully with metadata-rich columns like Description or Tags.
- Improved popovers also let you click to view full cell content without breaking your view.
That’s all (for now)!
With more control, clarity and speed, these updates help you manage content in a way that’s smoother and smarter. If you have feedback or ideas for what should come next, don’t hesitate to get in touch via your Customer Success Manager.
