A new With problems checkbox has beed added to the filters section of the Work page; no matter how far in the future the due dates are you can now easily find problematic Titles.
This note describes what has changed in full, and as usual you can contact support or your technical account manager for further clarification.
It has always been easy to find the most urgent Titles with Problems, all you needed to do was click “with problems” in the Titles due section of the Overview page. In addition to choosing to show Titles due today or in the next 7 days, you can now choose to see the next 30 days.
But, it wasn’t easy to find all problematic Titles. To fix this problem we’ve made a number of small but useful changes in the Work page.
A new With problems checkbox has beed added to the filters section and this works for Pending, Going On Air, Coming Off Air, and All titles.
No matter how far in the future the due dates are you can now easily find problematic Titles.
When you choose to show Titles with problems from the Overview page then the Work page is shown with the “With problems” checkbox selected; just uncheck it to remove the filter.
You’ll also notice that the Search field has been incorporated into the filters section; the Search field now operates as a filter and can be combined with any other filter.
Imagine you filtered the Pending titles list for a particular content Provider, you can now search within that filtered list, i.e. both filters will combine. This applies to all of the Work pages: Pending, Going On Air, Coming Off Air, and All titles.
After filtering in the Work page, when you select one of the Titles, the back to link at the top of the workflow page for the Title shows the Work page with the same filter selections.
