Support TV days when querying the linear schedule

We’ve updated the logic applied to API queries of the Catch-Up linear schedule, to add support for TV days.

Previously for queries that did not specify a start or end time the result returned the full day. No longer! The query now defaults to returning the start and end time for the TV day based on the linear channel in BeBanjo.

For queries that do specify start and end parameters, the results previously included any programming that crossed over the start and end times as defined in the query. Now queries to the API stay discretely within the day as defined in the query.
