We are aware that some of you might want to use your available rights to drive scheduling decisions; that is, you might want to search the library of your existing rights to find content for the services you manage.
In BeBanjo this wasn’t possible… until now! We have been working on a new rights page with the idea of giving a straight-forward answer to these sorts of questions:
- “What content in the catalogue has available rights?”
- “How can I quickly add a schedule entry, based on rights available, without worrying about any data entry errors?”
- “What comedy series do we have, that I can show on services in Latin America, in 2021?”
So, what does the new rights page look like?
It looks like an enumeration of your rights, in full screen width with a new style for the buttons and filters, and configurable columns. But an image speaks a thousand words, so here we go:
In the new rights page, users are able to filter rights using a combination of rights and title parameters. Handy, huh?
Moreover, the new rights page allows you to schedule directly from an archive right. That is, you can quickly add schedule entries without worrying about any data entry errors (as the information will be populated automatically from the right).
We continue working on adding useful functionality to this page, so if you have any feedback we would love to hear it. Also, as usual, if you have any questions you can ask your Technical Account Manager.
