Group and sort your rights

June 25th, 2021 (Revision 1), print this page

Earlier this year we rolled out some nifty updates to the rights page aimed at helping you to easily answer questions about your catalog. Need to know what action features have rights for Europe in 2022? Filter until your heart’s content with your content options.

But what if you need to make comparisons once you’ve filtered your catalog? When you don’t know how your options stack up against each other it can be hard to make decisions about what content to exploit. To help you assess your options based on what matters most to you, we’ve updated the rights page to give you control over how to group and sort your rights.

Want to consider your options on a licensor by licensor basis? Set your grouping to licensor to see the volume of available content per licensor. You can group your rights by title, start date, end date, licensor, rights last updated date, and rights added date.

Maybe you also want to make sure to exploit content that is expiring soon? Sort your filtered and grouped results by end date to easily see what titles have the shortest remaining shelf life.

You can sort your rights by title, right name, right type, start date, end date, licensor, rights last updated date, and rights added date.

If you have any questions, or suggestions on additional ways you’d like to group or sort, please reach out to your Technical Account Manager.
